Our 2025–2030 Health & Safety Policy: Putting People at the Heart of the Energy Transition
At Technique Solaire, our mission is clear: to accelerate the energy and agricultural transitions for a sustainable future. That ambition rests on one non‑negotiable: the safety and wellbeing of the people who make it happen every day.As our business grows, we are reaffirming this commitment with our 2025–2030 Health & Safety at Work Policy—a collective roadmap to strengthen our safety culture, prevent occupational risks, and keep people at the center of everything we do.
Safety built in from the start
Our work involves real risks—road incidents, falls from height, electrocution. Vigilance alone isn’t enough. Prevention is proactive. As the video below shows, even when the unexpected happens, safety is assured because protective measures are in place. One colleague puts it simply: “One morning I was installing corrugated steel panels. I slipped. But the safety net was already in place—because it’s one of our mandatory safety rules.” That is our philosophy: safety isn’t an add‑on; it’s the foundation of all our activities.
Our three core commitments toward zero accidents
- Create and maintain safe workplaces: We keep people safe, safeguard their health, and protect their physical and mental wellbeing across all operations.
- Train, inform, and empower everyone: Safety is everyone’s business. We invest in skills so every colleague—and our partners—has the tools to take ownership of their own safety and that of others.
- Ensure optimal working conditions and foster wellbeing: Physical and mental health are cornerstones of our approach. We promote a work environment that supports personal growth, open dialogue, and wellbeing.
From commitment to action: nine levers to make it happen
- Set realistic yet ambitious Health & Safety standards that can exceed applicable regulations to prevent workplace accidents and occupational diseases.
- Prioritise control of critical risks identified during construction and operations.
- Audit compliance with these standards through an on‑the‑ground presence in France that is independent of the Construction function.
- Embed a lasting Health & Safety culture across the Group.
- Proactively support employees and subcontractors as they build their Health & Safety capabilities.
- Strengthen Health & Safety processes and improve knowledge sharing through our information systems.
- Develop a leadership culture that drives risk prevention.
- Ensure Health & Safety priorities are heard through social dialogue and employee relations.
- Adapt workplaces, tools, and methods to reduce physical strain and make work less demanding.
A commitment we share
The energy transition is a collective endeavor. As a key player in this transformation, Technique Solaire will provide the resources needed to keep Health & Safety at the heart of how we operate—now and in the future. We are convinced that sustainable performance is inseparable from a safe, respectful work environment. Together, by looking out for one another, we will continue building a safer, more sustainable energy future for all.
Together, let’s create and sustain safe workplaces.
